Our house in Stanići features 2 spacious apartments: a 140 m2 4-bedroom app located on the first floor (with a private entrance, 4 bathrooms, a big living room, a dining room, 2 kitchen and 2 balconies with spectacular sea views, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking) and a 130 m2 two-level 4-bedroom app located on the second floor (with a private entrance, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, two bathrooms, a large balcony with spectacular sea views, Wi-Fi, air conditioning and parking). The house also features a family-owned restaurant "Espana" on the ground floor where you can enjoy in traditional cuisine. There are two supermarkets at your disposal, one is next to the house and the other is 20 m from the house. There is also a coffee place next to the supermarket and two ATMs at a walking distance. There are several routes to the nearest beach which is at a 5-min walking distance (250 m). The house is located 4.3 km from Omiš centre and 28 km from the centre of Split.
